The 1-5-15 factor structure the EQ-i 2.0 features one overarching EI score (Total EI), broken down into five composite scores which, in turn, are broken down into a total of 15 subscales. The EQ-i 2.0 measures emotional intelligence (EI) and how it can impact people and the workplace.

The EQ 360 report offers an in-depth analysis by having those that work with an individual and know them personally provide feedback in addition their self assessment to provide a 360 degree view of his or her effectiveness and EQ competencies. This report can be used for results specific to a workplace context, enabling career and organizational development. It identifies blind spots, strengths, and developmental opportunities in the workplace.

Insights helps organisations improve individual effectiveness the performance of the organisation. Their Discovery Personal Profile provides information on an individual’s strengths and gaps, communications style, and their value to a team. Profiles also include suggestions and support for development. This tool can be used as part of a leadership or management development programme, to set goals as part of a personal effectiveness coaching programme, to improve a sales person’s performance, or be tailored to wider organisational assessments and development initiatives.

A 10-month, powerful, experiential personal leadership development program develops the capacity to be effective in a wide range of testing circumstances and environments. During 10 months, participants explore their personal style and strength, identify and bust perceived limits, become aware of impact on others, and create desired impact; evoking the natural leader within. Additionally, the essential ingredients for designing and delivering effective experiential workshops, trainings, and presentations are experienced and taught.

A 3-day immersion in experiential group learning of the 5 Dimensions of Co-Active® Leadership.

By the end of this course each participant will have discovered new principles and techniques for responding to any leadership situation with fluidity and flexibility, and the ability to achieve collaborative solutions that would never have been possible otherwise.

In order to be an effective manager in increasingly fast-paced and complex organizational environments, coaching has become essential. In this course, you will learn what coaching is and learn how to differentiate between it and all of the other myriad roles managers are expected to perform – managing, mentoring, leading, and training. You’ll learn about the importance of strong leadership and learn to describe your current point of view as a leader, and evaluate when to adjust your thinking in order to be more effective in managing and leading in a rapidly evolving workplace. And finally, you’ll be introduced to the Thought Model, a coaching technique you can use to develop better thinkers and better performers.
