Emergent Essence Dynamics™ (EED) workshop series advanced training program (3 modules) is an accredited Continuing Coaching Education program approved by the International Coach Federation and is essential for anyone who works with Human Development and Behaviour.

Drawing from fields as diverse as Quantum Physics, Buddhism, Coaching, Psychology, NLP, Acting and Improvisation, this innovative model amplifies Micro-Behaviours (subtle impulses and signals) as they dynamically interact on multiple levels (individual, partnership, group dynamic, environment). Blending leadership and coaching together with these microdynamics, the Emergent Essence Dynamics™ System significantly enhances individual & team coaching, facilitation, therapy, and conflict resolution with applications extending to mediation, consulting, leadership development and more.

Worldwork 2017 - Deep Democracy in a world of divides

Worldwork is process-oriented psychology applied to world issues including socioeconomic disparities, diversity issues, social conflict and leadership. Also called process work, it is a depth psychology theory and set of techniques developed by Arnold Mindell and associated with transpersonal psychology, somatic psychology and post-Jungian psychology. Deep Democracy is the core principle and practice of worldwork. For organizations, communities, and nations to succeed today and survive tomorrow, they must be deeply democratic – that is, everyone and every feeling must be represented.

Process oriented psychology was originated in the 1970s by Arnold Mindell, an American Jungian analyst then living in Switzerland.

Foundations of Learning Experience Design

Foundations of Learning Experience Design

Leadership and management responsibilities have changed dramatically, particularly in the last decade. In order to be an effective manager in increasingly fast-paced and complex organizational environments, coaching has become essential. In this course, you will learn what coaching is and learn how to differentiate between it and all of the other myriad roles managers are expected to perform – managing, mentoring, leading, and training. You’ll learn about the importance of strong leadership and learn to describe your current point of view as a leader, and evaluate when to adjust your thinking in order to be more effective in managing and leading in a rapidly evolving workplace. And finally, you’ll be introduced to the Thought Model, a coaching technique you can use to develop better thinkers and better performers.

Training in the SALT/CLCP approach in an experiential programme that enrols participants who are linked with a group or a community in their immediate context to deepen and apply their understanding of the approach through a community activity.  The approach is designed to stimulate individuals and communities to take action through an approach (SALT) that appreciates strengths and fosters local ownership. In order to achieve ownership, people walk through a rigorous action-learning cycle called the Community Life Competence Process (CLCP).
