Team Leader View™ is a diagnostic tool based on 14 proven team effectiveness measures. It gives the Team Leader a set of key characteristics that enable sustainable team performance, along with a reading of how the team is doing versus them. 

Effectively, it is a way for Team Leaders to both measure their own view of the team’s performance as well as provide input for self-assessment — a mirror for their own leadership style and performance. Team leaders gain insight in to the impact of their leadership and a clear read of their expectations of the team. 

this baseline view supports the Team Leader in improving his or her leadership and in the process improve the team’s performance

The online assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete and you will need to pre-book a 75 minute “Debrief for Team Leaders” slot during which we will explore your perspective on your leadership, and the leadership within the team.
